When you receive your USA Hair extensions, it’s very important that you open the sample component first. Why? So that you can check if the color matches your natural hair color. You can return your extensions for any reason within 30 days of purchase, if you have only opened the sample component and if the main component is still sealed. However, if you open the main component then you cannot return your hair extensions.
