Hair extensions & Hair Toppers
We accept returns within 60 days of your delivery date if the packaging has not been opened or tampered with, and the extensions have not been removed from their original packaging. Please use the included tester color swatch to match the extensions to your hair color without opening the packaging.

Wigs, Hair Toupees, Hair Replacement Systems, Hair Tools, & Hair Care
We accept returns within 15 days of your delivery date if the items are not used and are in the same condition as they were received.

Refund/Exchange Process

Print the prepaid return label our company will send you & bring your package to a local USPS Post office.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you with a full refund or exchange your order (as per your request). Please note that it can take 5 business days after we receive your return before we can process your refund or exchange. You will be updated by email once your refund is issued.

Will I have to pay shipping fees to return my order?
No, we pay your return fees! By using our prepaid return label, you won't have to pay any return fees.

Are there any restocking fees?
No, there's no restocking fees. You will be issued a full refund.

How long does it take before I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 6 business days for your refund to be issued. We'll send you a refund confirmation email once your refund is processed.

• If the name of a product ends with the words 'Final Sale', it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.

• Please note that you must contact us before returning your order because the return address is different.

• All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.

• We will pay your shipping fees if you wish to return your order, but If you wish to exchange or return your order more than once, you are responsible for all the shipping fees.

• Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

• If you wish to test the hair quality before ordering, we recommend you order hair extensions samples. All of USA Hair samples include a gift card that can be applied on your next purchase!
